The following personal data may be collected during the participation process:

·       Full name;

·       Email address;

·       Phone number;

·       Banking data for payment via Pix;

·       CPF (when necessary for issuing receipts or complying with legal obligations).

 

1.3. Use of Data The data collected will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

·       Processing of ticket acquisition;

·       Contact the winners for award delivery;

·       Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations with SECAP;

·       Communications related to the Action between Friends.

·       When necessary for the implementation of the Action (example: regulatory audits).

2. US TERMS

2.1. Acceptance of Terms By participating in the Friends Action, the participant declares to be aware and in accordance with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 

2.2. Rules of Action

·       Ticket acquisition is limited to the number of tickets available;

·       Tickets will be issued exclusively after confirmation of payment via Pix;

·       It is the participant's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information for contact.

 

2.3. Improper use

Any use of the platform or the Action between Friends is prohibited which may cause damage to the organizer, other participants or third parties.

 

2.4. Change of the Terms

The organizer reserves the right to change the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time by public communication on the official website www.acaoentrefriends. org.

 

2.5. Responsibilities of the Organizer

The organizer undertakes to:

·       Comply with the legal and regulatory obligations relating to the Action;

·       Ensure the award delivery to duly identified winners;

·       Provide channels to clarify doubts and communication with participants.

 

2.6. Foro

To divide any doubts or controversies related to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the Salvador, Bahia District Office is elected.
